SPF “Novye Zelenki” OJSC “Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1”

State farm “Novye Zelenki” was organized in March 1921 on the basis of a landowner's estate in the village of Novye Zelenki.

In 1956, the Voroshilov collective farm (village Sitnik, village Ivnik, village Drakhcha Buglatskaya), state farm “Svetoch” (village Grebenka) and state farm “Novye Zelenki” were merged.

In 1964, the farm was divided into state farms “Svetoch” and state farm “Novye Zelenki”.

State farm “Novye Zelenki” was reorganized into experimental base “Novye Zelenki” on March 20, 1972.

In September 2001, by the decision of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee dated September 13, 2001, registration number No. 684 in the ChRSUP “Novye Zelenki”. ChRSUP “Novye Zelenki” was transformed into KUP “Novye Zelenki” KUP “ZEPK No. 1” in August 2004 by the decision of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee dated 31.08.2004, registration number No. 1768.

KUP “Novye Zelenki” KUP “ZEPK” was transformed into SPF “Novye Zelenki” OJSC “GMZ No. 1” based on the decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee dated 27.12.2007 No. 3086.

By the decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee No. 1949 dated August 27, 2008, OJSC “GMZ No. 1” was transformed into KUP “GMZ No. 1”. By the decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee No. 1439 dated 16.11.2012, the State Unitary Enterprise “GMZ No. 1” was transformed into OJSC “Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1”.

The branch is part of a single production complex for the production of products, is not a legal entity and in its activities is guided by the Charter of OJSC “Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1”, regulatory documents issued by the Enterprise, legislative and regulatory documents of the Republic of Belarus.

The specialization of the enterprise is the dairy and meat direction with developed production of grain, rapeseed oilseeds. The organizational and production structure includes: one production production site in crop production,

a machine and tractor fleet, a repair and mechanized workshop, a construction team, a robotic farm “Complex No. 2” for 480 heads, a milking shop of the MTF “Complex No. 1”, MTF “Complex No. 3” for 720 heads, a farm for growing and fattening cattle in the village of Pravda.

 

SPF “Drichin” OJSC “Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1”

In June 2001, the state farm “Drichinsky” was renamed into the RSUP “Drichinsky”. In August 2004, the RSUP “Drichinsky” was merged with the KPUP “City Dairy Plant No. 3” as an agricultural production branch. In November 2012, the Municipal Unitary Enterprise “City Dairy Plant No. 1” was transformed into OJSC “Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1”. The subsidiary farm KUP “City Dairy Plant No. 1” was renamed into subsidiary farm “Drichin” of OJSC “Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1”. The branch specializes in dairy and meat production with developed grain and rapeseed production. The organizational and production structure includes: one production site in crop production, a machine and tractor fleet, a repair and mechanized workshop, a construction team, a dairy complex with a milking shop “Novoe Selo” for 2019 heads, a dairy farm “Setcha” for 435 heads, a heifer farm for 738 heads, a bull breeding and fattening farm for 300 heads. The machinery fleet includes 6 grain harvesters, 2 forage harvesters, 19 tractors, 4 loaders, 8 trucks. For grain drying, there is one grain drying complex ZSK-30-SHA-Zh. The main consumers of the produced agricultural products are OJSC “Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1”, OJSC “Dzerzhinsky Agrokombinat”, the production site of Minsk Meat-Processing Plant, OJSC “Minsk Bread Products Plant”, OJSC “Slutsk Sugar Refinery.” 

 

OJSC “Novaya Lyubaniya”

The state farm “Lyuban” named after the 50th anniversary of the USSR was a multi-industry agricultural enterprise with developed vegetable growing and subsidiary industrial production.

The farm was founded in 1939 on the basis of a small landowner's estate. In 1961, it was enlarged at the expense of the small surrounding collective farms. By the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the BSSR, the state farm “Lyuban” was named after the 50th anniversary of the USSR.

OJSC “Novaya Lyubaniya” specializes in milk production, cattle breeding, production of grain and forage crops.

The development strategy of OJSC “Novaya Lyubaniya” is aimed at creating conditions for maintaining and increasing the volume of agricultural production, providing processing enterprises with raw materials in order to maintain food security of the Republic of Belarus. The enterprise specializes in dairy and meat production with developed production of grain and rapeseed. The organizational and production structure includes: two production sites in crop production, two machine and tractor parks, two repair and mechanized workshops, MTF “Center”, MTF “Kurenets”, MTF “Tsintsevichi”, MTF “Biltsevichi”, MTF “Kolovichi” and MTF “Khomentsy”.

The main goal of the company is economic activity aimed at making a profit to meet the social, cultural and economic needs of the branch members and the interests of the owner of the enterprise.
