Soft cheese "Mozarella"

For cheese production we use a high-quality cow's milk and contains a high content of protein, fats and dry matters. A fresh and delicate mozzarella is combined by the Italians with a white dry wine or is served for dessert with berries and sweet vermouth. The mozzarella is used in preparing a various kind of sandwiches, salads, baked pudding, fillings for meat dumplings and pies.
