Sterilized milk under tradename “ Slavyanskie Tradicii “ is produced from natural cow's milk normalized by weight fraction of fat. Sterilization of milk is made by the method of short-duration heating to 138-142 ºС at exposures of 4-6 seconds. High safety of the product's quality indicators and its high organoleptic value is provided due to the high temperature processing, aseptic packaging.
